These terms and conditions govern the rental agreement between Procar Rental (referred to as "the Company") and the renter (referred to as "the Customer"). By renting a car from the Company, the Customer agrees to comply with all terms and conditions stated herein.

1. Contract and Terms

2. Driving License and Age
The Customer must be at least 23 years old to rent a car. A valid driver’s license is required, and international driving licenses are accepted for tourists. A copy of the Customer’s ID or passport is required for verification purposes.

3. Prices
Rental fees are calculated based on the agreed rental period and the type of vehicle. A refundable security deposit of AED 1500 is required at the time of rental to cover fines and damages. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days after the vehicle is returned, provided all traffic fines and damages are settled.

4. Payments
Payments must be made in full before the start of the rental period. Additional charges for late returns, extra mileage, or refueling will be deducted from the deposit or charged separately.

5. Delivery and Return
The vehicle must be returned on or before the agreed return date and time to avoid additional charges. A full day's rental charge applies if the car is returned more than two hours late. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as rented, excluding normal wear and tear. All accessories, including keys, must also be returned.

6. Traffic Fines
The Customer is responsible for any traffic violations, fines, or penalties incurred during the rental period. All fines will be deducted from the security deposit or billed directly to the Customer.

7. Fuel Policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. Failure to do so will result in refueling charges. The Customer is responsible for using the correct type of fuel specified for the vehicle.

8. Mileage Allowance
The rental includes a mileage allowance of 250-300 kilometers per day for sports and luxury cars and 300-350 kilometers per day for economy cars. Additional mileage will be charged at the rate specified in the rental agreement.

9. Insurance and Liability
The Company provides basic insurance coverage as required by UAE law. Additional insurance options are available for purchase at the time of rental. The Customer is responsible for any damages not covered by the insurance policy, including those resulting from misuse or negligence. In case of an accident, the Customer must immediately notify the Company and follow the appropriate legal and insurance procedures.

10. Vehicle Use
The vehicle must be used in accordance with UAE traffic laws. The Customer may not use the vehicle for illegal activities, racing, or towing.

11. Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental period to avoid cancellation fees. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge equivalent to one day's rental fee.

12. Privacy and Data Protection
The Company collects and processes personal data in accordance with UAE data protection laws. Personal information will only be used for rental purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

13. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes arising from the rental agreement are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in ِAbu Dhabi.

14. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The Customer will be notified of any changes, which will take immediate effect.
